We offer 5 conference rooms with different capacity:

• Yantra conference room: up to 110 seats
• Conference room 2: up to 12 seats
• Conference room 3: up to 12 seats
• Conference room 4: up to 8 seats

We dedicate a coordinator for each event at Yantra Grand Hotel.

For corporate events at Yantra Grand Hotel, the following equipment is available: multimedia projector, screen, flipchart, whiteboard, office supplies, sound equipment and wireless microphones. Wi-Fi, audio recording equipment, discussion system and wireless headphones system for translations could be supplied on request. Printer and photocopier are also available.

We can arrange for your event any kind of business or celebration lunch and dinner, coffee break, cocktail party, thematic evening with folklore and cuisine, karaoke party, and more.

For groups, Yantra Grand Hotel arranges one-day summer trips to Bozhentsi architectural and histroic reserve with a visit to Dryanovski monastery and Bacho Kiro cave as well as wine tasting at Petropavlovski monastery.
