Adapted work environment

On 09.12.2024, company YANTRA SHARLOPOV HOTELS LTDsigned Grant Agreement № BG05SFPR002-1.004-1279-C01 by project “Providing an adapted working environment in YANTRA SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD”.The contract is procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 “Adapted working environment”and is funded by Human Resources Development Programme 2021 — 2027Priority axis 1 Promoting employment and skills development co-financed by the European Union.

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of jobs in YANTRA SHARLOPOV HOTELS LTDby implementing “green” labour models, in the context of the transition to a green economy and the digital transition. The planned activities of the project are expected to contribute to the improvement of the working environment in the company, which is a key element for achieving sustainable working conditions for all workers and providing an environment that meets the specific leisure needs of workers and at the same time positively influences the work efficiency of the enterprise, which also contributes to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.

The project envisages the implementation of the following three activities:

• Adapting to green working models — by providing an improved working environment linked to the implementation of green working models in support of the transition to a green and resource-neutral economy.

• Providing psychological support — prevention and prevention of “burnout” in the workplace and “effects of the COVID pandemic on mental health.
• Provision of social benefits for workers - a room for rest and a room for sports

Total value of the project:BGN 134 633.01, of which BGN 114 438.06 is European and BGN 20 194.95 is national funding.

End date of implementation: 09.12.2025

Execution period: 12 months
